The idea
Let renters and buyers reach property owners directly, without middlemen.
What I built
Search in plain words with AI filtering, owner listings with photos, online visit booking, saved searches with email alerts, in English and Hungarian.

Next.js frontend, Spring Boot API, containerised with Docker behind nginx, images on Cloudflare R2.

Leaser

Rental management for Hungarian landlords: a web dashboard and a mobile app, built end to end.

The idea
Landlords collect meter readings and calculate utility bills every month. Leaser takes over both.
What I built
Tenants photograph the meter and AI suggests the value, the landlord approves it, and the monthly statement is generated, published and exported as a PDF. Hungarian and English.
Under the hood
Kotlin and Spring Boot API, PostgreSQL, Next.js dashboard, Flutter app for iOS and Android, Firebase sign-in, Docker deployment.
