Privacy notice

This notice explains, in line with Article 13 of the GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679), how your personal data is handled when you visit this website, send an offer request or book a call.

2. What data we collect

When you submit the offer request form we receive:

If you book a call via Cal.com, Cal.com collects the details you enter there (typically name, email, chosen time and any notes), and the video call itself runs on Cal.com's video service. If you write to us by email, we process your email address and the content of your message.

Please do not include sensitive data (health, political opinions, etc.) or other people's personal data in your message unless necessary.

Providing the data marked as required in the form is necessary for us to reply; without it we cannot handle your request.

We do not use automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects on you (Art. 22 GDPR).

If we later conclude a contract with you, further processing (invoicing, accounting obligations, delivery) will be covered by the contract and by legal obligations, and described in the contract documentation.

4. Retention

Offer requests and related correspondence that do not lead to a contract are kept for months after our last meaningful contact, then deleted, unless a longer period is required by law or needed to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Data in contracts, invoices and accounting records is kept for the period required by law. Data you give to Cal.com or to email providers is kept according to their own settings and our deletion practice.

We do not sell your data. We use the following service providers, who process data on our instructions under their data processing terms, or, where stated, as independent controllers (for example Google for its own mailbox service and Cal.com for its booking account):

7. Browser storage and cookies

This website stores only two items in your browser's local storage: lang (your language choice) and cur (your currency choice). They stay on your device, are never sent to us, and are strictly functional, so no consent is required. You can delete them in your browser settings.

We currently use no cookies, no analytics and no advertising or tracking pixels. Embedded third-party content such as the booking widget may set its own cookies when you open it; see the provider's notice. Before any analytics or advertising tools are introduced, this notice will be updated and a consent mechanism will be added.

8. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to: access your data (Art. 15); rectification (Art. 16); erasure (Art. 17); restriction of processing (Art. 18); data portability (Art. 20); object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21); and withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent (Art. 7(3)), without affecting earlier processing.

To exercise these rights, write to . We will respond within one month at the latest (extendable by up to two further months for complex requests, with notice). We may ask you to verify your identity. If we rectify or erase your data, we will notify the recipients it was disclosed to, unless this is impossible or disproportionate (Art. 19).

You may also bring a claim before the competent court (in Hungary, the regional court — törvényszék; you may choose the court of your residence or stay). We would appreciate the chance to resolve your concern first.
